Agent Office Transfer - Internal Process

Upon notification of the Agents request to transfer, Agent Concierge of the Agent’s Original Office to do the following:

 

STEP 1:


Agent Concierge of Original office to complete the Agent Office Transfer online form which can be found in Resource Center > Drysdale Hub > Staff & Internal Processing JotForms > Agent Inter-Office Transfer.

 

Online form will require the following information
  1. Agent Concierge’s Name
  2. Agent Concierge’s Email
  3. Agent’s Full Name
  4. Agent’s BHHS Email
  5. Agent’s Original Office
  6. Agent’s New Office
  7. Date Transfer is Effective
  8. Reason for Transfer
  9. Board/MLS Affiliation
  10. Active Listings Y or N – if yes include property address
    1. If applicable, property address(es) of Listing
    2. If applicable, Active Listings will need to be transferred to new office
  11. Pending Sales Y or N
    1. If applicable, property address(es) of Pending Sales
  12. Click Submit when complete

 


Agents who wish to transfer offices are not entitled to any Company Paid items such as new business cards, signs and marketing materials.

Upon receipt of the above online Agent Office Transfer form, Accounts Receivable will forward to you agent’s current statement for payment and signature if there is a past due amount. The agent statement must be signed by the agent and returned to Agent Services within 48 hours. Any balance due will need to be paid in full prior to transfer being fully complete if office transfer is agent’s choice. Monthly Fees become due and payable on the 1st of each month, per agent’s contracts, no waivers, no refunds and no prorations of funds due.

Pending Sales will be credited to the office the agent belonged to at the time the transaction began.


 


STEP 2:


Agent Concierge of New Office will need to complete applicable board, MLS and listing transfer forms for agent’s office change within 24 hours of transfer effective date.



Please send board forms to AgentServices@bhhsdrysdale.com for Brokers Signature. Digi-Sign is preferred if digital signature is accepted by board.  If not, please send to AgentServices@bhhsdrysdale.com and request a wet signature. 



IT Support will complete the following:
  1. Update MyConnect Account
  2. Update agent’s organizational unit in Intermedia
  3. Remove from Original Office’s Distribution List(s)
  4. Add to new Office’s Distribution List(s)
  5. Transfer SkySlope Account
  6. Transfer Phone Number, if applicable
  7. Update BHHS Resource Roster Management
  8. Transfer Disclosures.io Account

 

Agent Services will complete the following:
  1. Transfer in Accounting Systems
  2. Prepare statement
  3. Send contract details and production to New Office’s Manger, if requested.

 

Commissions will complete the following:

  1. Update any pending closings

 

Office Transfer email will include:

  1.  Marketing
  2. Listings
  3. Commissions
  4. Relocation
  5. IT
  6. Agent Services
  7. Exec Team
