Can an agent host a virtual tour in an occupied house?


This question is more of a hard no. The agents are going to have to use Immoviewer to create virtual tours. Hosting one in an occupied house I believe would be a no-no for several reasons, not the least of which is the fact that while a photographer could be explained as a supporting "service provider," an agent by definition who is on-site in an occupied house is in contravention of the specific language in the Order. I thought maybe I had found a little hole in that argument we could squeeze through, with the phrase "appointments and other residential viewings must only occur virtually." However, it seems clear that the appointments they are referring to would be conducted online, with the seller in their own home, conducting the tour or doing FaceTime.
