Cancelled Listings/Transactions in SkySlope

Cancelled Listings – Must be Approved

  1.   If a listing is cancelled a fully executed cancellation of listing releasing the broker is required for the file, NO EXCEPTION.
  2. The fully executed Cancellation of Listing must be uploaded to the SkySlope Checklist within 3 days of the cancellation date.
  3. The agent or Transaction Coordinator is also responsible to cancel the listing in SkySlope and put a reason for the cancellation in the pop-up box that asks “why cancelling”
  4. The Manager/Business Consultant or Transaction Coordinator is responsible to approve the cancellation in the SkySlope checklist as well as the cancelled file in SkySlope. For assistance approving a cancelled listing see the tutorial section in SkySlope.
  5. ALL Canceled listings must be reviewed and approved within 7 days of cancellation date.
  6. Any signs on cancelled listings must be called down by AC upon receipt of fully executed cancellation.
  7. The listing must be cancelled in the MLS and all property advertising must stop immediately.

Cancelled Contracts – Must be Approved

  1. If a transaction is cancelling, a fully executed cancellation must be uploaded to the checklist in SkySlope, NO EXCEPTION.
  2. The fully executed Cancellation must be uploaded to SkySlope Checklist within 3 days of the cancellation date.
  3. The agent or Transaction Coordinator is responsible to cancel the file in SkySlope and put a reason for the cancellation in the pop-up box that asks “why cancelling”
  4. If this is our listing ask the agent if the listing is cancelling as well
    1. If the listing is cancelling, we must have the fully executed cancellation of listing, NO EXCEPTION.
    2. The AC is responsible for ordering the sign down
    3. The listing must be cancelled in the MLS and all property advertising must stop, immediately
  5. ALL Canceled transactions must be reviewed and approved within 7 days of cancellation.


NOTE: All Cancelled files MUST be Reviewed and Approved within 7 days of cancellation
