Canon Printer - Agent Setup and Management Processes


Logging into your Canon Portal:


In your browser, type the printer's IP address into the address bar and hit Enter
Admin Department ID: 765321
Pin: 7654321

 

Registering Agent Department ID and PIN


  1. Log into your Cannon Portal through preferred web browser.
  2. Click Settings/Registration
  3. Under Management Settings click User Management
  4. Click Department ID Management
  5. Click Register New Department
  6. In the box next to Department ID type agent’s Department ID
  7. If your office has PINs then type in PIN box & Confirm.  Ignore all page limits.
  8. Click OK

 


Deleting Agent Department ID


  1. Log into your Cannon Portal through preferred web browser.
  2. On the right column of the screen click Settings/Registration
  3. Under Management Settings click User Management 
  4. Click Department ID Management
  5. Click the bubble next to Department ID you want to delete
  6. Click Delete Department button
  7. A box will pop up asking “Is it OK to delete?” choose OK

 


Adding Agent Email to Scanner


  1. Log into your Cannon Portal through preferred web browser.
  2. Click Address Book
  3. Choose Address List you want to add agent’s email to
  4. Click Register New Destination button
  5. Type the agent’s full name and BHHS email and click OK

 


Deleting Agent Email Address from Scanner


  1. Log into your Cannon Portal through preferred web browser.
  2. Click Address Book
  3. Choose Address List
  4. Click the bubble next to agent’s name
  5. Click Delete Destination button  
  6. A box will pop up asking “Is it OK to delete?” choose OK
