eBlast Program - How it Works

Quote
QUESTION: If an agent wants their property to be sent out on the JUST LISTED eBlast emails, who do they send their listing to?

ANSWER: No action is needed. Just Listed eBlasts are generated automatically by the mighty eBlast Team – yes, actual people create each eblast announcement, when new listings come on the market.

HOW IT WORKS:

Alert
Agent MLS ID must be added correctly in the agent's REsource Center profile. If the agent is a member of multiple MLSs, all their IDs must be entered.
Office MLS IDs must exist and be entered correctly in the office REsource Center profile. If you need assistance with this, please contact support@bhhsdrysdale.com.

NEW LISTINGS:
  1.  eBlasts are sent within 1-2 business days of them going Active in the MLS. This can be due to data feed delays or if we get too many new listings in one day, but we do try to keep them as timely as possible.
  2. eBlasts are sent to agents in the county of the listing (per MLS data) by default. Agents can request additional counties to be included, they just need to email Marketing beforehand and let us know exactly which counties (ex: Contra Costa county, vs. Bay Area). We do have a limit to 4 max, to make sure we're not spamming anyone. Audience size will vary from county to county.

REQUIREMENTS FOR eBLASTS:
  1. Listing must be Active. Coming Soons, Pendings, and solds are not eligible for eBlasts
  2. Listing must be feeding through to our systems.  Please ensure agent MLS ID is correctly entered into REsource Center. To check if the MLS ID is correct, you can go to the agent's website on bhhsdrysdale.com to make sure the listing is displaying there.
  3. Listing must have at least one usable photo. The following will not be acceptable:
    1. Google Street view screenshots
    2. Photos taken with a phone
    3. Vertical photos
    4. Photos of messy, cluttered, or otherwise unpresentable area
    5. Dark, blurry, or poorly edited photos
    6. Collage images or photos with large text over them (exception made for discrete "virtually staged" labels)
  4. Listing must have a proper description of at least 5 complete sentences.
  5. Pricing restriction may apply if the listing is priced $100,000.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESENDING AN eBLAST:

Listing eBlasts can be resent up to 2 additional times after the initial email, as long as the following conditions are met:
  1. At least 7 days between the last send and the new one.
  2. Agent has emailed the following details to marketing@bhhsdrysdale.com
    1. Full property address
    2. Counties to include
    3. Information on relevant changes such as price reduction, open house, etc.
  3. No restrictions on level of price reduction or days on marketListing must be Active. Coming Soons, Pendings, and solds are not eligible for eBlasts

Notes
WEEKLY NEW LISTINGS summary email to all Drysdales is currently on pause as we work with our vendors to correct some data feed issues.
