FastPost Instructions - Add or Deleta an Agent from the Portal

ADDING AN AGENT
  1.  Login to portal.fastpost.com with the appropriate office account (each office has a separate login)
  2. Select Add Agent
  3. Complete Agent Details
    1. Make sure that you have all fields filled out, including the DRE #
    2. Work phone # should be the main office # to the office they are in
    3. Address is the office address
    4. Email Address is the agent’s BHHS email
  4. Complete Account Details 
    1. Create a username and password (this is not to be provided to the agent and will not be used for anything)


DELETING AN AGENT
  1. Login to portal.fastpost.com with the appropriate office account (each office has a separate login)
  2. Click Update Agents
  3. Find the agent and click Update Profile
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Unlink this agent, you will get a pop-up confirmation
  5. Click Continue
