FastPost Instructions - Add or Deleta an Agent from the Portal
ADDING AN AGENT- Login to portal.fastpost.com with
the appropriate office account (each office has a separate login)
- Select Add Agent
- Complete Agent Details
- Make sure that
you have all fields filled out, including the DRE #
- Work phone #
should be the main office # to the office they are in
- Address is the
office address
- Email Address is
the agent’s BHHS email
- Complete Account Details
- Create a username
and password (this is not to be provided to the agent and will not be used for
anything)

DELETING AN AGENT
- Login to portal.fastpost.com with
the appropriate office account (each office has a separate login)
- Click Update Agents
- Find the agent and click Update Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and click Unlink this agent, you
will get a pop-up confirmation
- Click Continue
