Listing Launcher FAQs

Starting on April 28, 2020 we are replacing the Marketing Menu PDF document with the Listing Launcher online form. No need to print, scan, and grapple with saving glitches. Q: Where do I find the Listing Launcher?

To access the form, simply go to https://bhhsdp.com/LL
*We recommend bookmarking the website to your internet browser.

Q: How do I use it?

Our online template mimics the PDF version of the Marketing Menu. Simply fill out the required fields with as much information as you need to provide. Don't worry, there are no limits on how much text you can enter. Need to include a map for your sign placement? You can do that, too!

Q: What happens when I click SUBMIT?

  1. You and your AC will automatically receive an email confirmation with a PDF copy of your form for your records. Please make sure to provide a valid email address for your contact information.
  2. If you provide a SkySlope email address for your listing, a copy of the form will also be sent to your SkySlope file, under Documents.
  3. If you request Premier Transaction Services, your Premier Transaction Services TC will be notified automatically and will also receive a copy of your Listing Launcher and signed Listing Agreement.*
  4. If you requested an NHD report from PropertyID, they will automatically receive your order and send the report to you, as well as your SkySlope file (if the email address is provided) and your TC (if one is selected).
  5. If you requested services from Orange Coast Title, an escrow officer will be in touch with you directly to the email address you provided.

Q: Who orders my sign?

For most of our offices, sign orders are placed by our Listings Department. For offices which process their own sign orders, the workflow will not change.

Q: How long does it take for my sign to be installed?

If you submit the Listing Launcher before 3pm, your sign can generally be installed the next business day. Due to special COVID-19 circumstances, there may be a delay of up to 3 business days. We will do our best to honor your requested installation date.
