New Agent Onboarding Workflow

New Agent Onboarding Workflow

Upon an agent deciding to come on board with us the below is the flow.

  1. The Recruiter/Manager/Business Consultant will complete the JotForm which is found in Resource Center > Drysdale Hub > Staff & Internal Processing Jotforms > Onboarding Request. The request to hire agent will include effective hire date/go live date, ALL incentives being offered, recommended spilt and any special onboarding instructions.
    * Please ensure agent contact email address, agent name, hire date and agreed terms are submitted correctly as not to delay the onboarding process.
  2. Once submitted, the request is sent to Gretchen or Ines for approval. Once approved the Manager/Business Consultant will get an email with the approval status.  Please be sure to make agent aware that the paperwork will be sent out shortly.
  3. Upon approval of the terms of hire from Ines or Gretchen, Agent Services will draft the agent’s paperwork and send it digitally via PandaDoc for the agent to complete.
  4. Agent to complete paperwork. Pandadoc will automatically remind the agent to complete paperwork, if not completed right away.
  5. Once agent completes the paperwork Agent Services notifies Marketing, I.T and the Agent Concierge that the paperwork is complete, and the onboarding process can begin.
  6. I.T. follows their checklist to complete their tasks. They are responsible for all system setup of the agent.
  7. Marketing follows their checklist to complete their tasks. They will be ordering all incentive items for the agent.
  8. Agent Concierges follows their checklist to complete their tasks.
  9. Agent Services will move the agent over on the DRE (California), set up in Accounting Systems and prepare agent file.

Note: Some Marketing & Agent Concierge tasks will be ongoing. We need to make the agent feel welcome and assist them with making the transition to Drysdale Properties as seamless as possible.
