New Hire Checklist



Upon an agent joining BHHSDP Agent Concierge is responsible for the following items:
  1. Process board and MLS paperwork including new membership, agent transfer and listing transfers – if broker signature is needed request from AgentServices@bhhsdrysdale.com
  2. Follow-up and ensure that Pearson Properties, Inc. is added to agent’s automobile insurance and certificate is sent to Agent Services
  3. Schedule an orientation with the agent to go over processes and procedures including but not limited to SkySlope, Listing Launcher, PTS, Commission Demand Request, Same Day Pay, Office Meetings 
  4. Office equipment set-up: including but not limited to Wi-Fi copier, install printer drivers, phone, desk assignment, office keys
  5. Order and proceed with items as stated on Exhibit T including but not limited to business cards and signs
  6. Set-up email on agent’s phone
  7. System Audit – 1 week from hire – ensure that agent is in all systems correctly and displays correctly on BHHSDP.com website and BHHS.com


Upon an agent joining BHHSDP IT Department is responsible for the following items:

  1. Create BHHS email (and create a simple password)
  2. Add agent to assigned office and company email distribution lists
  3. Add agent to REsource Center and inform Agent Services of Agent’s ID # for transaction reporting purposes
    1. Add MLS ID
  4. Add agent to SkySlope
  5. Add agent to Disclosures.io
  6. Add New Homes to agent’s profile
  7. Redirect personal/vanity website
  8. Provide agent, Marketing and AC with all logins and matching passwords for all platforms


Schedule 1-on-1 Meeting
  1. Train on REsource Center
  2. Transfer agent’s database
  3. Set-up client reports and train agent on how to
  4. Assist Agent with all Tech issues as needed


Upon an agent joining BHHSDP Marketing Department is responsible for the following items:

  1. Schedule 1-on-1 meeting
  2. Present Drysdale Marketing Tools
  3. Social Media Audit of the agent’s online presence
  4. Request professional photo - add to all systems
  5. Create and add the agent a professional email signature to their BHHS email.
  6. Generate and schedule Just Joined social media post
  7. Generate and send external Just Joined eBlast
  8. Schedule a 2 week follow up call


Week 2 and 4
 
All departments are required to check in with each Associate Licensee to ensure that he/she is adjusting well and to learn if further assistance is needed.
