Sign Ordering Process

IMPORTANT: Do not order a sign installation unless there is a signed Listing Agreement uploaded in the SkySlope file. No exceptions.


  1.   Receive Listing Launcher form in your BHHS email
  2. Login to Fast Post and place sign order using information from the Listing Launcher form
  3. Make sure the Listing Launcher form is uploaded to the Skyslope Checklist
    1. Save the Listing Launcher pdf to your computer
      1. Manually upload to SkySlope Checklist
        OR
    2. Forward the Listing Launcher email to the SkySlope email address that corresponds with that file (ex. LansingDr1445@skyslope.com ).
      1. The Listing Launcher attachment from the email will now show in the Documents section in SkySlope
      2. Split and assign the Listing Launcher pdf to the BHHS Listing Launcher checklist

  4. Approve the BHHS Listing Launcher checklist item in SkySlope and note whether sign was scheduled for installation or no sign was ordered
  5. Complete Craigslist ad (if requested)
  6. You must wait until the property goes active on the MLS in order to complete the Craigslist Ad.


Note: Associate Licensee will be responsible for additional charges including but not limited to additional yard signs, name riders, brochure boxes, out of the area charges, trip charges and broken and lost signs.  Prior to placing and order or requesting a change to the existing order for which a charge is applicable,  confirm with the agent if they approve the cost.
