Calendars - Monthly/Weekly Updates
Calendars should be done either monthly or weekly depending on the office and their preference. Things to include in your calendar:
- office meetings
- company events
- trainings
- market or association events
It is suggested that you keep a calendar for yourself at your desk or use a google calendar that both you and your manager can and will access. This calendar is separate from the one for agents as it will include recruiting meetings, sales meetings, and company events.
