Create a Market Report

Create a Market Report

This tutorial assumes you already have contacts imported or leads in your CRM

Please know that Market Reports send out on the 7th of each month. If you create before the 7th, the client will receive two for the first month that report was started in.

  • From your Contacts/Leads module, navigate to the contact or contact group you wish to create a Market Report for.



  • Check the checkbox to the left of the contact you want to create a market report for




  • Once you have a contact selected, you can hit the create button to make the report. Hit the down arrow to choose your type of report.





  • Next you will need to give the report a name. This is for your own records for finding it in the future.
  • Next is the Market Areas. This is where you find the area the client is interested and decide if you want them to receive single family, condominiums, or both.
  • Use the search button at the top to quickly find the area you are looking for

  • Above you can see I have a name, market area, it is enabled (which just means it is turned on as soon as I save), I gave it a title (this is seen by the client), the client has not unsubscribed, and Copy Agent is turned off (if I turn it on, I get an email copy when the client does. This can be overwhelming with a lot of reports)
  • You are now ready to hit Save and Send at the top. You are now done.

If you wanted to do this for multiple clients at once in the same market area, you can just select multiple clients with the check box instead of just one.
