Drysdale Email - Add to Android Mobile Device

Step 1: Look up Mobile Settings
  1.  Log into Intermedia at www.webmail.intermedia.net
  2. Choose “For Admins” and log in with your admin access
  3. Click on Services > Mailboxes
  4. Choose Mobile
  5. Search for agent and click Apply Filter
  6. You should see the agent’s User Name
    1. Note the Mobile User Name varies agent to agent depending on the length of name. The format is firstname.lastname_Bhhsdrysdale for a total of 20 characters
    2. Domain: EXCH090
    3. Server Name: west.exch090.serverdata.net  or  east.exch090.serverdata.net

Step 2: Set up on Mobile Device

  1. Tap on the "Mail" icon
  2. Tap on the gear icon
  3. Tap on "Add Account"
  4. Select "Exchange"
  5. Enter your email address and password
  6. You will then be prompted for the following:
    1. Username: from Step 1 above
    2. Server: from Step 1 above
    3. Domain: EXCH090
  7. Accept the Security Prompt

 

Congrats, you just added your Drysdale email to your Android device!
