Loose Check


When an AC receives a check in the office payable to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties they need to send it to the home office immediately.


  1. AC completes Loose Check Jotform

  1. Resource Center > Drysdale Hub > Staff & Internal Processing JotForms > Loose Check Log

  1. Or go directly to https://app.jotform.com/222766008207150/220336540147145

  1. Complete all required fields.

  1. You will receive an email from BHHS Accounting Department with the Loose Check Form that needs to be printed and submitted with the check.

  1. For all commission checks it will be required to add the property address and SkySlope email. A copy will be sent to the SkySlope file as well for additional tracking.

  1. Mail check and loose check form to the home office at:
