SkySlope 101 - Daily Tasks
It is part of our job to manage our office’s SkySlope. We will review and manage transactions*, add new agents, deactivate agents, etc.
We will review and manage checklists for agent’s files NOT using Premier Transaction Services. Click here for instructions on how to find out if an agent is using a Transaction Coordinator.

Day to Day Tasks of SkySlope:
· IMPORTANT: These are Law Binding Contracts! If you have any questions when reviewing a document in SkySlope, request the assistance of your Manager IMMEDIATELY . Do not accept a document if you are not POSITIVE it is completed correctly.
- Daily, you should be reviewing SkySlope to make sure data is accurate and updated, ESPECIALLY Close of Escrow date and Sales Price
- Sales Price can be found on the RPA (Residential Purchase Agreement)* Unless there are counter offers made, then you need all counters.
- You should also double check the Sales Price at the end of the Transaction when you receive the Closing Documents at your office
- REVIEWING DOCUMENTS: To Review Documents, Click on Documents to Review on your Home Page.
- You will only be checking Transactions/Listing Documents for agents NOT using Premier Transaction Services

- Once in this section, the transactions/listings generated have documents that need review. To begin, double click the properties address
- Scroll through the Checklist, you’ll see tabs like such:

- To review the document, select the PAPERCLIP
- If the document is filled out completely and correctly, click ACCEPT on the far right of that Slot on the Checklist
- If the document is not complete, select REJECT and in the note section write, WHY THE DOCUMENT is rejected
- DO NOT RUSH through documents, it is not uncommon for agents to miss initials, checkboxes, signatures, etc.
REMINDER: If you have any questions when reviewing a document on SkySlope, request the assistance of your Manager IMMEDIATELY . Do not accept a document if you are not POSITIVE it is completed correctly.
