Auditing Agent Accounts

To make sure our agents display properly on websites and listings syndicate correctly we need to ensure that all fields have been completed accurately.   Below explains the importance of each of these fields in BHHS Resource Center and SkySlope. You should go into ALL platforms periodically and do an audit to ensure your office is perfect.   If you have questions or need help with this email Support@bhhsdrysdale.com  

 In BHHS Resource

  1. Phone – All three phone fields should be completed, these can all be the same.  The business phone is what will appear on the website
  2. Email – Email 1 should be BHHS email, alternate & mobile notification can be agent personal email
  3. License # - State and license number only (for compliance)
  4. MLS ID – for ALL boards agent is a member of for their listings to syndicate correctly.
  5. Agent professional headshot – should be in their profile, this will feed to the website and Marketing Resource
  6. Marketing Resource – Agent title should be REALTOR® or Broker Associate and verify license # is there i.e. REALTOR® | DRE #00000000
    1. Website should be agent's personal domain if they have one, or their Drysdale Properties website

 

In SkySlope

  1. Phone – When the TC shares the agent’s SkySlope file the agent’s name and phone are on the file for the client.
