How to Add MLS ID and DRE License to REsource Center Profiles

DRE License numbers are required to be present on all agent websites and marketing materials as part of DRE compliance.
MLS IDs must be up to date and accurate in order for the agent's listings to correctly populate to their website and our 3rd party vendors and service providers. It is vital for this information to be accurate and up to date, and should be audited on a regular basis. Please ensure that your agents provide their correct information, and follow the formatting guidelines below to ensure all our systems are in compliance and functioning correctly.
Adding Agent License Number to BHHS Resource Center
If an agent’s DRE license number is missing or they got licensed in a new state, you
will need to add the license number to the agent's BHHS REsource Center profile for compliance.

Please ensure the license number is entered in the correct format for all the agents in your office.
- For California, the correct format is 8 digits (ex: 01099988) this will display on the website as DRE# 01099988
- For Nevada, the correct format is RED# S.000000 or RED# BS.000000, depending on the license type. This will display on the website as LIC # RED# BS.000000
- Sign into the
REsource Center with your login – www.bhhsresource.com
- Click on the arrow
next to your name and choose My Office (unless you manage multiple offices you must
find your office first)

- Click on Related

- Under Contacts, find the agent click on their
name
- Click on Related
- MLS & Licenses: Click the New button

- Choose DRE Licens –
Agent and click Next

- Select the correct DRE License State for your agent, type in their License # and click Save.

- Repeat this process for any and all DRE license numbers the agent has earned.
Adding Agent MLS ID to BHHS Resource Center
If an agent’s MLS ID is missing or they joined an additional board you
will need to add to BHHS REsource for their listings to syndicate to our national
site.

Please ensure that the agent is providing their correct MLS ID number for each board they are a member of, not their login username. In some cases, these may be the same, but not always.
- Sign into the
REsource Center with your login – www.bhhsresource.com
- Click on the arrow
next to your name and choose My Office (unless you manage multiple offices you must
find your office first)
- Click on Related
- Find the agent click on their
name
- Click on Related
- MLS & Licenses: Click the New button
- Choose MLS –
Agent and click Next
- Select the correct
MLS for your agent and type in their MLS ID # and click Save.

You can only enter in the MLS ID if the agent is
already a part of the MLS (active member of the BOARD). If you are working with a
brand-new agent, make a note that you will have to go back and enter this
information once they join the board.
Adding Office MLS ID to BHHS Resource Center
Our listings feed matches listings to agents and offices. If the office is missing an MLS ID, or the one entered is incorrect it will need to be added/corrected in BHHS REsource for listings to syndicate to our third party vendors such as CHALK Digital XpressDocs, etc.

- Go to Administration--> Roster Management
- Locate your office and click on the DBA (Drysdale Properties) for that office
- Navigate to the Related tab and scroll down to MLS & Licenses (Office)
- Check to make sure your MLS Office IDs are all present and correct.
- To add a new Office MLS ID, click the New Button
- Select MLS - Office and click Next

- Select the MLS Name from the drop-down, and enter the MLS Office ID, then click Save
