Obtaining Broker's Signature

Obtaining Broker's Signature

When documents require our broker’s signature the preferred method of obtaining signature is digitally. This can be done through DigiSign in SkySlope or DocuSign if Manager has their own account. Below are different forms and where to send them to get signed in the most efficient manner:

DRE Application/Renewal – Need WET signature – Mail completed application to home office to be signed. Be sure to email AgentServices with a copy of what is being sent so they are aware it is coming. We always recommend the use of elicensing to expedite the DRE process.  Most renewals can be completed through the elicensing portal.

Board Application/Transfer Paperwork – email to AgentServices@bhhsdrysdale.com with name as Gretchen Pearson, role is Broker.

Listing Transfer to Another Brokerage – email to AgentServices@bhhsdrysdale.com with name as Gretchen Pearson, role is Broker.

MLS Exclusions – Manager can sign as them self as Broker representative

Referral Fee Agreement – Manager can sign, all signed referral agreements need to be forwarded to Relo@bhhsdrysdale.com for tracking.
