Onboarding - Referral Agent

This is for an agent that wants to join us as a referral only agent.
When an agent wants to associate their license with us but cannot fully commit to being a be a full-time active agent, they can join us as a referral agent. Referral agents can not solicit clients or be an active member of board or MLS, doing so will invalidate their Limited Function Referral Agreement with us and force them to join as an active agent.
  1. Complete the Onboarding Jotform
  2. Log into  RESource Center > Drysdale Hub > Tools & Resources > Staff & Internal Processing Jotforms > Onboarding Request CA or NV
  3. Complete all required information on the Jotform. For Status choose Referral Agent.
  4. Once Jotform is submitted, AgentServices will send the Referral Agent packet through PandaDocs.
  5. Agent Servies will inform you that the paperwork has been sent out. Be sure to notify the agent to be on the lookout for these documents via the email address provided on the JotForm.
  6. Upon agent completion AgentServices will add the California agent to the Referral Network with the DRE and our primary Board (BayEast). Nevada Referral Agents must complete the division paperwork.
  7. Support will ensure they are an active agent in RESource Center but they will not display on our website.
