Terminating a Referral Agent


When a referral agent decides to leave the company, industry or license expires we need to fully terminate them within 24 hours of being notified.
  1. Complete Terminated Agent Jotform by going to Resource Center > Drysdale Hub > Tools & Resources > Staff & Internal Processing JotForms > Agent Terminations or use this link https://app.jotform.com/222766008207150/201815543762051
  1. Agent Services will terminate from the DRE
  1. Support will deactivate BHHS Resource
  1. AC to process and submit Board termination paperwork (Bay East)
  1. Referral Agents do not have access to office so there will be no key to get back from them or printer code to remove. However, do a secondary check to ensure all access to the office is terminated.
