Posting a Listing on Craigslist
All AC’s share one Craigslist account, do not provide this login to agents
- Login to www.craigslist.org with our company login (credentials in MyConnect Document Center)
- Select the city/are that you would like your post displayed to
- Click the name of the city in the box on the top of the screen and type the city that the new listing is located in

- Select create a posting towards the left
- Choose what type of posting this is
- Select housing offered
- Choose a posting category
- Select real estate – by broker
- Agree to Craiglsist’s Real Estate Posting Guidelines
- Click I will abide by these guidelines
- Add listing title, location & description
- Go to www.bhhsdrysdale.com/ and search for the property
- Copy & Paste the information from our website onto the Craigslist posting
- Posting Title: {Street Address, City, State Zip - FOR SALE}, City, Zip, Description, Price, Housing Type, Sqft, Bedrooms, Bathrooms
- Add Realtor® Licensure information
- Select Licensed
- Enter agents name and license #: {First Last | DRE #00000000}
- Select no replies to this email
- Add Phone/Text information
- Select show my phone number, phone calls OK and text/sms OK
- Select show my address
- Click continue
- Add Map of the new listing
- Add the street address, city, and postal code of the listing property.
- If it does not find the address, drag and drop the pin on the interactive map to identify the exact location of your listing.
- Click Continue
- Add Listing Photos
- Go to www.bhhsdrysdale.com/ to select and save listing photos to your desktop
- Click on the Add images button to upload photos (max 24)
- Once finished, click on done with images
- Review draft pf post and click publish
- Send the listing agent the link to their Craigslist ad
- Copy and paste the url and email it to the listing agent
- You can view all Craiglist postings by clicking on my account from the homepage
- To view or make any changes to your ad, locate the listing and click the specified selection
IMPORTANT:
We do not offer Craigslist Ads for Commercial properties
The Craigslist confirmation page will not be sent out to agents automatically, so please email the link to their listing once complete
