When an agent decides to go from Regular agent to a Referral agent, we need to ensure ALL processes are followed. Referral Agents will no longer have access to Company provided technology including but not limited to a BHHS email, BHHS website, business cards, SkySlope, Discolsures.io, BHHS Training, BHHS marketing materials. Referral agents will not have access to BHHSDP offices during non-business hours and cannot perform any real estate related services including being an active member of a MLS or board.  All CA BHHSDP referral agents will be required to be a LFRO agent with Bay East, our primary board.

  1. Complete the Regular to Referral Jotform by going to MyConnect > Document Center > Operational forms for Managers/Agent Concierges > Regular to Referral Jotform https://bhhsdp.com/regular2referral
  2. Jotform is received by Agent Services
  3. AgentServices will process the Panda Doc paperwork for the agent and send directly to agent to complete
  4. Agent billing will not be changed or stopped until paperwork is complete.  Any incomplete paperwork may result in additional monthly fees being accessed to the agent which will not be waived.

Note: Agent must have 0 balance on A/R to go to referral status

  1. Once agent completes all documents, AgentServices will notify Support and Agent Concierge
    1. Support responsible to delete/deactivate in all Drysdale systems; MyConnect, RESource Center, Intermedia, SkySlope, Disclosures.io
    2. Agent Concierge is responsible to remove from printer, Fastpost (if applicable), alarm (if applicable), get keys back and process disassociation agent paperwork with all boards and MLS belongs too, unless Bay East.
    3. Agent Concierge to send confirmation of non-active status with agent’s board and MLS to AgentServices. (Please note: agent may belong to multiple boards and MLS)

Note: Same day pay is a benefit to active agents only.  Referral checks are made payable to BHHS Drysdale Properties and sent to the home office to be split. No exceptions!
